Today
Make compliance manageable, starting with today.
SB 1383 keeps a lot in motion at once: inspections, enforcement cases, waivers, deadlines. CityGreen Connect surfaces the few that matter today, sorted by what’s due now and what’s due this week. When there’s nothing else, it says so.

Implementation Record
Every line tells you what’s required.
The Implementation Record doesn’t just hold your documentation. Each line explains what the state expects, cites the regulation it comes from, and links to the tracker or the document that satisfies it. Link a tracker and the record stays current as your staff works.
How the Implementation Record works- RequiredCompliant
ROC Procurement Expansion Efforts *
Jurisdictions must work to identify additional ROC procurement opportunities annually. Submit proof of that work: meeting notes or agendas showing ROC procurement opportunities were addressed.

Common questions
What jurisdictions ask us first.
Who is CityGreen Connect for?
California jurisdictions subject to SB 1383 (cities, counties, and special districts that provide solid waste collection service), along with the haulers and consultants who work with them.
How do we get started?
Book a demo. We walk through CityGreen Connect with your obligations in mind and look at where your compliance stands and where the gaps are. There is no obligation, and you are welcome to bring your consultant.
What does it cost?
Pricing scales with the size of your jurisdiction and the programs you run, and there is no per-user charge, so everyone who needs access can have it. The demo gets you a scoped recommendation and a straight answer on cost, with no obligation.
We already use another compliance system. How hard is it to switch?
Your history comes with you. During onboarding, the CityGreen team moves your records into CityGreen Connect, including photos and documents your current system won’t export in bulk, and attaches them to the right records, so your staff does not start over mid-cycle.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data stays yours. You can export your records to Excel at any time, and if you leave, we provide a complete export, including uploaded documents.
Can our consultant work in CityGreen Connect with us?
Yes. Consultants and contractors get their own access, granted per jurisdiction, so they work in the same record as your staff instead of a copy of it. You decide how much they see: a contractor who only handles edible food recovery can be limited to that section, and you can change it at any time.
